OVERVIEW OF LICENCE AGREEMENT

Mini Minds Matter approach and resources

 

All Mini Minds Matter UK resources including all teaching materials remain the property of Mini Minds Matter UK. All advertising, marketing and any other materials already created or subsequently created in the future in any form or media including digital or hard-copy are protected under copyright law.

You may use these copyrighted materials during the term of the licence, in a manner consistent with our ownership rights, solely for the purpose of conducting and promoting your partner or licenced business. You agree not to share, lend, delete or copy any Mini Minds Matter material.

 

Limitations of use

 

Any Mini Minds Matter resources are not for resale and should be used solely for the purpose of the Mini Minds Matter approach.

 

Any training undertaken in the Mini Minds Matter approach does not entitle you to train any other person whatsoever. All persons must undertake the relevant training provided by Mini Minds Matter.

 

Licence fee

 

While using any Mini Minds Matter materials you must be in licence and such materials cannot be used if no longer in licence.

 

Responsibilities and Iiabilities

 

Persons signed as a partner business are not an employee of Mini Minds Matter and as such you will be responsible to declare any income as required.

You will be required to organise your own insurance cover as necessary, along with any other required certification needed to work directly with children. Maintenance of insurance and other required cover are your responsibility. Understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures must be maintained. You understand that you are fully responsible for your actions and shall hold Mini Minds Matter harmless from any actions or claims that arise from your negligence or wrongdoing.

 

Refund policy

 

Moneys paid to Mini Minds Matter are non-refundable 

 

Co-operation and exclusivity

 

Mini Minds Matter does not offer geographical exclusivity. 

 

Credit and recognition

 

Any awards or achievements arising as a result of using Mini Minds Matter resources must clearly refer and acknowledge Mini Minds Matter in any marketing.

 

Termination of Iicence or agreement

 

Mini Minds Matter reserves the right to withdraw your licence, if necessary, to maintain the standard of the business. Mini Minds Matter reserves the right to terminate or refuse a Mini Minds Matter licence if you do not adhere to the terms of this licence or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Mini Minds Matter.

 

LICENCE AGREEMENT

 

  • I agree to pay Mini Minds Matter the membership fee to stay in license
  • I agree to ensure that the Mini Minds Matter name, logo and  website details are clearly and prominently displayed an all materials promoting  classes
  • I agree not to produce or advertise any other products or m aterials using the Mini Minds Matter name and logo unless authorisation is  given in writing
  • I understand that materials are supplied for my personal reference and will not be used for any other purposes other than for use in the  Mini Minds Matter approach
  • I agree not to share, lend, delete or copy any Mini Minds Matter material
  • I agree to promote Mini Minds Matter in a positive and favourabIe manner and will not bring the Mini Minds Matter name into disrepute
  • I agree not to use the Mini Minds Matter name or logo in such a way that might damage it or its reputation
  • I agree not use a trading name in any context that might reasonably be considered confusingly similar Mini Minds Matter and its associated branding, image and products
  • I understand and agree that Mini Minds Matter reserves the right to terminate or refuse to renew a Mini Minds Matter Licence  if I do not adhere to or agree to adhere to the terms of the License or far any reason at the sole discretion of Mini Minds Matter
  • I agree that I am obliged to take out and maintain public liability insurance
  • I understand that I am fully responsible for my actions and shall hold Mini Minds Matter harmless from any actions or claims that shall arise from my negligence or wrongdoing 
  • I understand that anyone delivering the Mini Minds Matter approach must have an enhanced DBS
  • I understand that I am not employed by Mini Minds Matter and am responsible to declare all income as appropriate
  • I understand that I may withdraw my membership at any time in writing
  • I understand that as an ex member I shall not be entitled to deliver the Mini Minds Matter approach
  • I agree that any  Mini Minds Matter resources must be used to teach the Mini Minds Matter approach only and agree not to use the contents to sell this approach to other people or organisations
  • I agree that if I am to use any Mini Minds Matter promotional materials I will clearly refer to the Mini Minds Matter approach and seek permission to do so
  • I agree that for any awards or achievements I win as a result of using Mini Minds Matter resources I must clearly refer and acknowledge Mini Minds Matter

 

I consent to Mini Minds Matter keeping me updated with new products and services  

 

I understand that Mini Minds Matter will store my personal details in line with GDPR regulations
